The location was great for those visiting Boston with a car. The room was spacious and conformable, the AC worked well. The room was clean enough, especially considering the prices in the region - I mean, you can see that the building will need a serious cosmetic maintenance soon, but the beds were clean and super comfortable and the bathroom was clean too - we didn't mind somewhat less shiny walls and corridors. Having a lake right outside your windows is bonus too. In general, the neighbourhood seemed calm and safe.

We had two rooms. One was really dirty so we asked for another one. We got an upgrade for a really nice spacious and clean room. The staff was helpful and friendly. The other room was big and clean. The beds were nice and comfortable. We had a really nice view of the lake. Even though it was outside Boston it only took us 25 minutes to get to Boston downtown. There are quite a few nice restaurants in Wakefield, though not in walking distance.

The room was much better than we expected. The room was very clean. Carpets, room , bedding looked like they were recently done over. We chose this property because it was closest hotel to a wake and funeral we were attending. Check in time is 3:00 pm We arrived @ 1:00 pm due to severe weather that was forecasted that day. We were allowed to check into our room early and get ready for the wake when we advised them of the situation..

I really enjoyed the staff as they were very accommodating and very nice. I thoroughly enjoyed because part of the experience is the customer service and everyone was more than forthcoming.

I thought this property was the cutest! A lot of people kept mentioning how dated this place is but honestly, that was my favorite part about it! Staff were super nice as well!
